React Job: Frontend Engineer (m-f-d) - Remote from Portugal

As a Frontend Engineer (m/f/d), you develop our software products efficient and fast in high quality to enable customers becoming energy independent to move fast forward to reduce their CO2-footprints fighting climate change. You will take on the following tasks at zolar:

• Optimize and maintain the existing UI landscape and contribute your ideas and suggestions in a meaningful way.

• Deliver good quality code for excellent user experience.

• Develop features and improvement with moderate complexity level and resolve them without high guidance.

• Focus on fast and easy-to-maintain data structures and take care to deliver reliable, well-tested and sustainable code.

• Work closely with product management, QA and the development team.

• Support your colleagues and be motivated to gain new knowledge and to share it within the team.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in software development

• You are strong with modern JavaScript libraries and build tools (e.g. ES6, React, Redux, Webpack and storybook.js)

• You have a good understanding of building and debugging applications with reusability and componentisation

• You have a good sense for responsive, cross-platform design and a passion for UX/UI

• You are familiar with agile development practices (f.e. TDD, BDD, Pair Programming).

• Plus: You have experience with TypeScript
